Cooking Instructions: How to Cook: OVEN BAKE FROM FROZEN: Electricity 200oC 35 - 40mins Gas Mark 5 35 - 40mins • Remove sleeve & pierce film lid • Place on baking tray in pre-heated oven for 35 - 40mins MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN (800w): Cat B – 650w 4 mins Rest 1 min 4 mins Cat E – 800w 3 mins Rest 1 min 3 mins • Remove sleeve and pierce film lid • Microwave on full power for the required time • Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving • Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving These are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary in performance.
