INGREDIENTS: Mashed potato (44%), Florentine sauce (37%), salmon & smoked haddock (11%), king prawns (7%). Mashed potato contains potato (81%), single cream (11%), unsalted butter (7%), salt, white pepper. Florentine sauce contains milk (44%), single cream (25%), onion (6%), unsalted butter (5%), spinach (5%), water, wheat flour, modified waxy maize starch, vegetable bouillon [sea salt, potato starch, yeast extract, palm oil, celery, onion, maltodextrin, sugar, herbs, spices], white pepper, parsley. Salmon & smoked haddock contains salmon, smoked haddock (haddock, salt, colours turmeric, annatto). King prawns contain prawns, water, salt.
HOW TO COOK: For best results, cook from frozen. FAN OVEN: Remove outer packaging. Remove film lid & place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 45-50 minutes. MICROWAVE (800W): Remove outer packaging. Pierce film lid & microwave on medium power for 12 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Microwave on full power for a further 7 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute. All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Always check that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
