OVEN BAKE FROM FROZEN:
Electricity 200oC
Gas Mark 5 40 45 mins
Remove sleeve & film lid
Place on baking tray in pre-heated oven for 40 45 mins
MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN (800w):
Cat B 650w 5 mins Rest 1 min 6 mins
Cat E 800w 5 mins Rest 1 min 3 mins
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid
Microwave on full power for the required time
Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving
