Cooking Instructions: OVEN BAKE FROM FROZEN: Electricity 200oC Gas Mark 5 40 – 45 mins • Remove sleeve & film lid • Place on baking tray in pre-heated oven for 40 – 45 mins MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN (800w): Cat B – 650w 5 mins Rest 1 min 6 mins Cat E – 800w 5 mins Rest 1 min 3 mins • Remove sleeve and pierce film lid • Microwave on full power for the required time • Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving • Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving These are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary in performance.
