- How do I cook your products?
- All our products cook from frozen as they have been blast frozen to capture freshness and nutritional value. They can be cooked in the oven or microwave and all instructions are on the reverse of every product.
- Can I use your products for entertaining?
- Yes, a lot of people use our food for dinner parties or entertaining. For small numbers of people you can buy 4 portion packs, for larger numbers over 30 we have an Eazycatering option. Please contact us for more details.
- How do I order mail order to be delivered?
- Please click on products or select the dish catogories on the left hand side of the page. You simply then browse the products and add them to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping you can proceed to the check out where your payments are processed
- Do you have any products for Gluten Free diets?
- Yes, all products suitable for Gluten Free diets have a wheat symbol next to them. If you are unsure please ask our staff by phoning 0800 542 4727. We are also coeliac accredited.
- Do your products contain and additives or preservatives?
- No, All our products remain free from chemicals so you can be sure that we only use fresh natural ingredients. There is no need to spoil good food!
- Where does your meat come from?
- We only use the finest British Meat in our food and source where we can locally. So our pork is from Cheshire, our venison is from Tatton Park in Knutsford and we use Aberdeen Angus beef in our beef dishes.
- How are your products different from other ready meal manufacturers?
- Firstly all our meals are prepared by Chefs not inspired by our chefs. Secondly we only use British Meat, we only cook in small batches and we do not use any chemicals to maintain that homemade taste!
- When can I get a delivery and do I have to be there to accept it?
- For each order that we receive, we will contact you to arrange the most suitable date, location and any special instructions that you may have.
- How do your products stay frozen when being delivered?
- We pack our products into special insulated boxes with a frozen gel pack. This keeps the food at the correct temperature for 24 hours.
- How can I be added to your mailing list?
- On the Shop page scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your email address and click OK. You will then receive new dish updates and special offers.
